Acceptance into the Academy

Every dog must complete a free assessment before becoming a member. We reserve the right to decline a dog if we feel daycare is not in their best interests.

Vaccinations and health

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, including kennel cough, and free from contagious illness. Females in season are not permitted on site.

Bookings and cancellations

• Bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
• Payment terms are detailed in your membership agreement.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution and our team is trained in canine first aid, owners are responsible for declaring any health or behavioural conditions so we can keep every dog safe.

Photography

We occasionally take photos and videos for our website and social media. Let us know in writing if you'd prefer your dog not to appear.
